Excellent restaurant in Perth with stunning seafood and game dishes. Seared scallops on stornoway black pudding drizzled with a warm tomato oil- a triumph!! Seared sea bass with lovely crisp skin and moist flesh. Local fillet of venison which melted in ones mouth.

We booked but staff unwelcoming and unhelpful. The highchair we had asked for had to be collected ourselves. My small portion of fish was cold, greasy and without the potatoes. When I voiced my dissatisfaction no apology was made and £2.50 ("The cost of the potatoes") was taken from the bill.

They've managed to keep a great mix of scottish local food in a friendly atmosphere. Ask Tony about the whiskies - over 100! We had a fantastic time - we'll be back!
